At the initial consultation, your doctor or nurse will assess your skin and give you advice on the best at home and clinic treatments to help you to achieve your wedding goals. We will design a treatment plan that is personalised to your needs.
Most skin rejuvenation therapies require a course of treatments, so the earlier you can start this process the better and 6-9 months before the big day is typically the most popular time to start your skincare plan, as it can take some time to see the results.

We recommend starting these treatments from 1 year before your event, however we will work out a plan bespoke to you and your timeline.
Chemical Peels
Benefits
Improved radiance, more even skin tone. Can be used to treat acne and rosacea.
FREQUENCY
Frequency: We recommend a minimum of 3 peels performed every 2-4 weeks. The protocol is adjusted according to the strength of the peel used and the skin concerns that we are targeting.
Morpheus8 3D
This treatment combines radiofrequency with microneedling, to boost collagen, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and improve skin texture and radiance. This treatment can be used to treat the face and neck. We also offer the Morpheus8 3D body treatments, which work well for treating the abdomen, arms, stretchmarks and cellulite.
BENEFITS
Reduces fine lines and wrinkles thanks to its collagen remodelling and skin-tightening benefits. Can also treat stretch marks and scar tissue.
FREQUENCY
We recommend a minimum of three treatments, undertaken every 6 weeks.
Laser facials
Our unique laser protocol combines the benefits of ClearLift laser, AFT and i-pixel laser. We use bespoke laser combinations to boost collagen production in the deep skin layers, as well as targeting the superficial layers. This comprehensive laser approach delivers multitasking rejuvenation with minimal downtime.
BENEFITS
Treats surface textural and pigmentation issues. Stimulates deep collagen and elastin production – which peaks at 12 weeks post treatment – our Laser Protocol elicits firmer and tighter, less lined skin.
FREQUENCY
We recommend the Laser Protocol is undertaken at intervals of 1- 4 weekly. A minimum course of 6 sessions is recommended.
Injectables
ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS AND FILLER
We encourage brides to keep things very natural looking. For example, we may do a ‘baby botox’ treatment for those who are worried about frown lines and crow’s feet. Botox tends to last around 3 months, so the idea is that we do the first treatment many months before the big day to ensure that the bride likes the results and we make any tweaks where needed closer to the big day.
Lip plumping dermal filler treatments are often introduced at this stage too for the same reason. We use naturally looking products such as Volbella to create a subtle plumping.
POLYNUCLEOTIDE REJUVENATION
Many of our brides will have Polynucleotide injections before their wedding. This is a Bio-Remodelling treatment, which boosts hydration and improves skin tone and elasticity. The treatment consists of gentle injections of Polynucleotide gel into the face / neck. A second dose is administered 3-4 weeks later and in the case of treating the eye area, we do a third dose 4 weeks later. The results last 12 months, As there is a risk of bruising, we recommend doing the first dose 10-12 weeks before the wedding and the second dose 6-8 weeks before the big day.
Profhilo
Profhilo is our popular injectable moisturiser. Hyaluronic acid gel is administered via tiny injections into the skin on the face / neck / body area. This treatment improves skin hydration and radiance,leaving your skin with a beautiful glow. One treatment consists of 2 doses injected approximately 4 weeks apart. We recommend doing this 2 months before your big day.
BENEFITS
Reduced wrinkles, rejuvenated and firmer facial contours, replaced and enhanced volume, more youthful and lifted appearance. Expect to see benefits immediately with fillers; Anti-wrinkle injections reach peak effect at 14 days post treatment.
FREQUENCY
Anti-wrinkle injections + Filler treatments are optimally reassessed 2 times per year. This is because the effects of fillers commonly last for between 6 months and 2 years (depending on placement and the viscosity of product used) and the effects of Anti-wrinkle injections commonly last for 3 to 6 months as individuals metabolise it at different rates. We prefer to wait until partial movement has returned before retreating.

If you are yet to start your bridal skincare plan or have been having treatments but have just a few weeks to go before the big day, we recommend keeping your skincare routine consistent. Now is not the time to try new products at home.
In the clinic, we often combine bespoke Hydrafacial treatments, a 7 step detoxifying treatment, to keep your skin looking radiant and hydrated, with Lymphastim, a body Lymphatic drainage treatment to eliminate toxins and water retention. This is also the stage where we may add in some gentle Vitamin C peels, with minimal downtime.
1 week to go
Our Radiance Reset Facial is a popular treatment in the week leading up to your wedding. This detoxifying, hydrating and collagen-stimulating facial delivers firmer, more even-toned skin. It is the perfect multitasking treatment, inducing deep dermal remodelling alongside surface rejuvenation of the complexion. We combine Hydrafacial with Clearlift laser, Near Infrared therapy and LED to activate collagen synthesis in this unique machine-led facial.
BENEFITS
This tight edit of technologies outperforms manual facials in eliciting a visible and lasting skin change. The skin is left impressively radiant, firmed and plumped.
The night before
The night before is not the time to start experimenting with new products. Time your weekly exfoliating mask so that it happens the night before your wedding. For an extra skin boost, follow with the Decree SOS Revitalising Sheet mask and Eye mask, which you can layer up and wear at the same time. Your skin will look hydrated and radiant in the morning.
The morning of your wedding
Keep things simple. Your cleanse should be a gentle cream or gel based cleanser, such as Decree Light cleanse. Hydrate using a mist toner and if your skin feels it needs more hydration do another sheet mask treatment for 15 minutes. Follow with a radiance boosting antioxidant Vitamin C serum to give your skin a gorgeous glow and a light moisturiser that will act as a base for your makeup. Make sure you have done your wedding makeup rehearsal with the same skincare routine prep, so that you have ruled out any pilling of product on the big day.
